Since 1997, we’ve been turning ideas into visuals, and visions into reality.
We started in a Milan basement with just two computers and the passion of the Volpi brothers—driven by a desire to innovate.
Today, we’re a full-service video production and post-production company, offering creative solutions for every kind of client—from global corporations to growing SMEs.

For over 15 years, we worked with Warner Bros., a collaboration that helped us shape a solid, flexible, and fully independent structure. Today, we support brands like Costa Cruises, Collistar, Eni Saipem, Generali, and Mapei—alongside many smaller companies that choose to communicate better, with style and strategy.

Production, post-production, commercials, industrial films, motion graphics, storytelling, and visual creativity for web, social, and TV: every project is born from an integrated vision and a tightly knit internal team of professionals who grow with us. Ivo Volpi

The visionary behind the scenes

If Realtime Group were a film, Ivo Volpi would be the brilliant director turning every idea into a visual masterpiece. Founder and CEO, Ivo began his journey in 1997, bringing his passion for visual storytelling and technological innovation to the heart of every project.

With a background in graphic design from Politecnico di Milano, Ivo has led Realtime Group through over two decades of success, working with global brands like Warner Bros., Costa Cruises, Eni Saipem, Collistar, Generali, and Mapei.

His ability to blend creativity with strategy has positioned Realtime as a benchmark in video production and post-production, embracing cutting-edge technologies such as stereoscopic 3D and 360° filmmaking.

But beyond numbers and accolades, Ivo is known for his contagious energy and unconventional vision - a leader who believes in the power of images and the strength of ideas, always ready to push creative boundaries.

Matteo Volpi

The Perfectionist Behind the Lens

If Ivo is the creative genius with his head in the clouds (and one foot in the After Effects timeline), Matteo is the perfect balance of precision and vision. As sharp as a glitch-free render, as punctual as a deadline met—he’s the one who gives bold ideas their flawless execution.

Co-founder and technical soul of Realtime Group, Matteo is the “serious” brother (well, not too serious), the one who knows how to turn a good concept into a seamless production. A detail maniac, obsessed with perfect lighting and pixels that land exactly where they should.

And if you ask him who could ever “model” him in 3D, he’ll grin and say:
“No one. Too complex.”
And honestly, he might be right.

Editor, Producer, and the Jackhammer of Video

As organized as a perfectly tuned RAID system, she keeps everything running without losing a single bit.

She’s the production director and the operational soul who sets the pace, the tone - and often even the coffee breaks. She cuts, edits, produces, and keeps everyone in line. If something wobbles, it’s already fixed. If chaos erupts, she’s got a plan. Actually, three!

Veronica Cogoli

Multitasking Factotum Account with Absolute Control

From production to web, with a thousand Excel sheets in between, she’s the oil that keeps the gears turning… and heaven help you if things slow down.
Calling her "multitasking" is an understatement.
At the office-affectionately-they call her "the Planning Führer": nothing escapes her, not even a misplaced comma.
With her around, even chaos fills out spreadsheets.

The silent ninja of the timeline.
He works without a sound - you turn your head for a second, and he’s already rendering.
While everyone else is still looking for a solution, Illia has already exported it… in 4K.

He arrived, opened Photoshop… and never left.
With a mind drifting between sketches and scribbles, Riccardo fit right in from day one - one of us, for better or worse.
Crazy enough, twice as creative, he brought a breath of fresh air… and Scotch, his furry sidekick, who roams the office with the same authority as an art director.

Andrea is our DOP: steady hands, and eyes that see ISO values where others see only darkness.
Technically flawless, he fits lights, lenses, and shadows together like a Swiss watchmaker with a filmmaking obsession.

3D Artist – Applied Polygonal Magic

While you’re still asking, “Is this even possible?”, he’s already modeled it, textured it, and sent it to render.
Alessandro builds parallel universes as effortlessly as others doodle on a post-it.
If something doesn’t exist-don’t worry. He’ll create it in 3D. And often, it’s better than reality.

Alessio Cusano

Video Operator – Frame Hunter

He always knows where to place the camera-and more importantly, when to hit record. Alessio has the stability of a human gimbal and the precision of a rangefinder.
He knows every camera better than his own pockets, and he’s the only one who can rig a setup with his eyes closed (though don’t worry-he usually keeps them open).

Daniele Milani

Cinema Roadie · MacGyver on the Move

He shows up with the van-and brings half the set with him. Daniele is the guy who knows exactly where every cable, stand, and screw is (even the ones that weren’t there to begin with).
A slightly mad genius you don’t want to stop: he’s the fuel that keeps the Realtime engine running.

Semola

Our Mascot

Every good crew has a mascot, and ours is Semola - the unofficial queen of the office and the only one who doesn’t stress about deadlines.
Undershot jaw, smug attitude, totally irresistible. She sleeps wherever she pleases and only wakes up for treats. The most beloved in the office… even if she never replies to emails.
